- Schedule Management: Scheduling meetings, managing boardroom bookings, and coordinating appointments for executives.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitoring the stock of office supplies and stationery, placing purchase orders as needed, and managing vendor relationships.

- Complaint Resolution: Addressing initial client concerns or complaints professionally and escalating them to the management team when required.
