About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as HR Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in Recruitment & Human Resources.
Candidates residing in or around Wagle Estate, Thane, Mulund, Vartak Nagar, Naupada, Wagle Estate, Kalwa, Majiwada and nearby areas will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and explain job opportunities to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR / Recruitment.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, B.Sc, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with good communication skills will be given preference.
- Hyperlocal candidates preferred due to the work location.
- Candidates who are comfortable with calling and interacting with multiple candidates daily.
- Should be confident, energetic and willing to learn.
