Role Summary:
The Receptionist & Telecaller will be responsible for managing front desk operations, attending customer inquiries, handling incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating showroom visits, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and appointment scheduling. The role requires excellent communication skills and professional customer handling to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Welcome customers, dealers, vendors, and visitors professionally.
- Handle reception area operations and maintain visitor records.
- Attend incoming phone calls and transfer them to concerned departments.
- Manage courier, emails, and front desk documentation.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception environment.
Telecalling & Customer Handling
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and inquiries.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to furniture products, pricing, orders, and showroom visits.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Follow up with potential customers for lead conversion.
- Coordinate appointments for showroom visits or meetings.
- Maintain proper communication with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
CRM & Sales Coordination
- Update customer details and inquiry status in CRM/software.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements.
- Share customer feedback with management and concerned departments.
- Maintain database of dealers, architects, interior designers, and customers.
Administrative Support
- Assist management with basic office coordination work.
- Prepare daily call reports and inquiry reports.
- Support billing or documentation work when required.
- Coordinate with logistics/delivery team for customer updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in reception, telecalling, customer support, or showroom handling preferred.
- Experience in furniture, interior, retail, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
