Position Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities of the organization. The role includes recruitment support, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, office administration, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employee documents. Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly. Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation. Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team. Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare, and other applicable labour laws. Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees. Assist in employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Prepare HR reports and maintain department MIS.
Administration
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities. Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities. Maintain office assets, stationery inventory, and vendor records. Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics when required. Support annual audits by maintaining necessary administrative records. Ensure compliance with company policies related to office administration. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws. Experience in attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRMS software is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Problem-solving and coordination skills.
