- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Communicate job roles, company policies, and compensation details.
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
