Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Cheranallur,Kochi
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with strong industrial exposure. Preference will be given to candidates with Marine/Shipyard experience who can lead teams and handle large-scale electrical operations.
- Lead and supervise the electrical department and maintenance team
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects and shutdown activities
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are implemented
- Troubleshoot major electrical breakdowns and technical issues
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and audit requirements
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and maintenance plans
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Compulsory)
- Minimum 10 years of industrial experience
- Marine / Shipyard / Heavy Industry / Manufacturing Plant background
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Experience with power distribution, transformers, motors, and control panels
- Good decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
