Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Assist in recruitment (job postings, interview coordination, follow-ups)
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
board/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to
filter candidates within schedule
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Manage office administration including stationery, housekeeping, and asset tracking
Respond to internal queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
Handle vendor communications, office maintenance, and service contracts.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with design/printing vendors for brochures, banners, etc
Visit banks, CA offices, or government departments for official submissions.
Skills:
Good English written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic Canva or design knowledge is a
plus
Willingness to handle local travel for office-related errands
Qualification-
Bachelor’s: BE/Btech/B.Sc (Electronics),
MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,133.77 per month
