Position Details
- Designation: Executive – Marketing
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / PGDM (Marketing)
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers with a Marketing degree can also apply)
- Salary: 3.0 – 4 LPA (CTC)
- Maximum Net Take Home: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
- Payroll: This position will be on the payroll of LOBO Staffing with all statutory benefits
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimise SEO/SEM strategies to boost traffic and search rankings
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focusing on ROI, CPA & conversions
Create and maintain strong brand identity across digital & print platforms
Design engaging creatives – banners, social posts, emailers, brochures & campaign collaterals
Manage and update website on WordPress (content, plugins, landing pages, SEO)
Drive social media growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube
Plan and execute content calendars with timely delivery
Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics & insights tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools & competitor strategies
