Job Description:
Dream Hunters Holidays is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international holiday planning, excellent sales skills, and hands-on experience in handling end-to-end travel bookings. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Asian destinations and customized holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers.
- Manage bookings, documentation, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and referral partners.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry developments.
- Assist junior consultants and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Strong knowledge of international holiday packages, especially Asia and other popular leisure destinations.
- Experience in itinerary planning, costing, and package customization.
- Good understanding of DMC operations and supplier coordination.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling FIT and group departures.
- Knowledge of visa processes and international travel requirements.
- Strong destination knowledge and supplier network.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
