About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Recruitment & Client Coordination to lead a recruitment team and manage client relationships for Non-IT engineering hiring. The candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, team handling, client management, and successful closures of engineering positions such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Design, and other technical profiles.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
- Handle hiring requirements for Non-IT engineering positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely closures of assigned mandates within TAT.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters.
- Allocate requirements and track daily recruitment activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Drive team productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering and regular client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Business & Process Management
- Prepare recruitment reports and closure updates.
- Maintain candidate and client databases.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and quality standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
