Telecaller Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and receive inbound calls
- Explain company products and services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM or records
- Schedule appointments or counselling sessions when required
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals
