Position: Zonal Admission Manager
Department: Admissions & Marketing
Reporting To: Director / Head – Admissions & Outreach
Location: Multiple Schools within Assigned Zone
Job Summary
The Zonal Admission Manager is responsible for driving student admissions, enrolment growth, and outreach activities across multiple schools within the assigned zone. The role involves developing admission strategies, managing admission teams, building relationships with schools and communities, conducting marketing and outreach programs, and ensuring achievement of admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrolment
- Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly admission targets across all schools in the assigned zone.
- Develop and implement zonal admission strategies and enrolment plans.
- Monitor admission funnel from enquiry to enrolment and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all prospective parent enquiries.
- Analyse admission trends and competitor activities to maximize admissions.
Outreach & Business Development
- Establish strong relationships with feeder schools, educational institutions, coaching centres, and community organizations.
- Organize school visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, education fairs, and open-house events.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for student recruitment.
- Represent the organization at promotional and networking events.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Admission Managers, Counsellors, and Admission Executives across the zone.
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the admission team.
- Conduct regular training programs to improve counselling and conversion skills.
- Ensure adherence to admission policies and procedures.
Parent Engagement & Counselling
- Handle key parent interactions and admission-related escalations.
- Conduct presentations and counselling sessions for prospective parents.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain high parent satisfaction and retention rates.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate admission MIS and CRM records.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission reports.
- Track lead generation, conversion ratios, and enrolment performance.
- Present admission forecasts and business updates to senior management.
Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing Team for campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Monitor effectiveness of digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Support branding and promotional activities within the zone.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in Admissions, School Marketing, Business Development, or Educational Outreach.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing multiple locations or regions.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
