About the Role
We are looking for energetic and career-oriented Admission Counselors who can guide students in choosing the right online programs offered by Medhavi Skills University.
The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them complete the admission process successfully. Candidates with strong communication and convincing skills will excel in this profile.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career objectives.
- Recommend suitable online degree and certification programs.
- Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
Lead Management
- Handle and maintain student leads using Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admission status.
Query Resolution
- Address student concerns related to:
- Course structure
- Fees and payment options
- Career opportunities and ROI
- Placement support and university benefits
Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
Market Understanding
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and online education updates.
- Use market knowledge to guide students effectively.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Education Counseling, Telecalling, or EdTech preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
