Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Modeler to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
The candidate should be proficient in developing accurate Revit models, preparing construction documentation, coordinating with architectural and structural teams, and ensuring clash-free BIM deliverables.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevit MEP Modeling
- Develop detailed MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit
- Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV services
- Create Revit families and project templates
- Maintain BIM standards and project documentation
MEP Coordination
- Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural models
- Identify and resolve clashes using Revit and Navisworks
- Update models based on design revisions and site requirements
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings
Drawing Production
- Generate plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views
- Prepare shop drawings and coordinated working drawings
- Produce schedules, legends, and annotation sheets
- Ensure drawings comply with project and company standards
Documentation
- Maintain model accuracy and version control
- Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
- Prepare submission and construction drawing sets
Software RequirementsMandatory
- Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- AutoCAD
Preferred
- Navisworks
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Dynamo (Basic Knowledge)
- MS Excel
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Experience in BIM modeling and coordination
- Ability to create and modify Revit families
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV layouts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline
- BIM/Revit certification is an added advantage

Compensation
