We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Lead who can lead from the front , someone who can think like a creative director, operate like a founder, move like a strategist, and execute like an AI-native builder.
This role is not about “managing creatives.” It’s about shaping the creative and cultural engine of Our Client.
- Own the evolution of Our Client’s brand identity, voice, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Translate product innovation into emotionally resonant narratives.
- Build a culturally relevant, globally admired Indian brand.
- Ensure consistency across every touchpoint , digital, retail, social, packaging, creators, performance ads, and product storytelling.
- Lead concept development and execution across:
- Campaigns
- Launches
- Films
- Social content
- Performance creatives
- Retail visuals
- Product communication
- Packaging
- Brand worlds
- Build systems that increase creative velocity without compromising quality.
- Develop AI-first workflows across ideation, scripting, design, editing, production, and iteration.
- Own the vision and creative direction for all social channels.
- Build differentiated platform-native storytelling across:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Reels-style short video
- X/Twitter
- Community and emerging platforms
- Lead content calendars, formats, series, launches, reactive storytelling, and brand moments.
- Build a social presence people genuinely want to follow , not just ads disguised as content.
- Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven content systems.
- Build and lead Our Client’s creator ecosystem.
- Identify culturally aligned creators, athletes, founders, artists, filmmakers, stylists, and communities.
- Develop creator-led storytelling formats instead of transactional influencer marketing.
- Build long-term brand affinity through content and culture.
- Work closely with product, founders, growth, and marketing teams.
- Help shape product narratives, naming systems, feature storytelling, collections, and launches.
- Think beyond fashion marketing , build products people emotionally connect with.
- 5–10+ years in creative, brand, social, storytelling, or culture-led roles.
- Strong understanding of modern internet culture, fashion/lifestyle storytelling, social behavior, and consumer psychology.
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Someone who can:
- Write campaign narratives,
- Shape social systems,
- Direct shoots,
- Build creator programs,
- Review performance ads,
- Lead launch storytelling,
- And still obsess over typography, pacing, tone, and detail.
- Strong understanding of AI-native creative workflows and tools.
- High ownership mentality with founder-like energy.
- Fast, resourceful, systems-oriented, and execution-driven.
