UAV Pilot - Field Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated UAV (Drone) Integration Engineer & Field Pilot to support the development, integration, testing and deployment of UAV systems. The candidate will be responsible for assembling drone systems, integrating payloads and communication modules, conducting flight tests, delivering technical demonstrations and training sessions to customers, including defense and government users.

Key Responsibilities:
Drone Integration & Assembly-
- Integrate UAV components including flight controllers, ESCs, motors, telemetry systems, video systems, and payloads.
- Perform wiring, soldering and system-level integration.
- Configure flight controllers and firmware (PX4/Ardu-Pilot).
- Perform system-level debugging and troubleshooting.
Flight Testing & Drone Operations-
- Conduct flight testing of UAV systems.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Tune flight parameters and optimize performance.
- Maintain flight logs and technical reports.
Field Deployment & Customer Support-
- Travel to customer sites for drone demonstrations, field trials, and workshops.
- Support customer integration and deployment.
- Provide on-site technical support during testing.
- Interact professionally with customers during demonstrations.
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degreein Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Instrumentation or relevant field OR equivalent hands-on UAV experience.
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with PX4 or Ardu-Pilot.
- Hands-on drone assembly experience.
- Knowledge of motors, ESCs, telemetry systems and power systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Basic soldering and wiring skills.
Drone Pilot Skills Required:
- Experience flying multirotor drones.
- Understanding of flight safety procedures.
- DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred (not mandatory).
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel across India, required for field testing, customer demonstrations and deployments.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of UAV integration/drone flight experience.
- Experience working with defense or industrial drone systems.
- Experience conducting technical workshops.
Number of Positions: 02 required.
Salary: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.50,000/- per month In-Hand salary (based on Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Interview)+ PF.
