Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented CRM Executive to manage client interactions, coordinate service requests, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communication through phone and digital channels in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate service-related information
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate service requests and ensure timely processing
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction
- Address concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service execution
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client interactions effectively
- Experience in service coordination and follow-ups
- Proficiency in handling communication channels (phone/email)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
