Job Title: Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive
Yescube Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for steel structures and construction projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and builders.
- Conduct market research and identify potential projects and customers.
- Visit client locations and project sites for business development activities.
- Present company products and services professionally to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal design, estimation, production, and project teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing and sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Knowledge or experience in Steel Structures, PEB, Construction, Engineering, or Building Materials will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
