- Project Planning & Strategy: Define project scope, goals, and technical feasibility, translating design drawings and 3D visuals into actionable, high-end execution plans.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Monitor costs, maintain project budgets, process invoicing, manage vendor costs, and prepare monthly cost forecasting.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop detailed timelines, manage vendor/contractor schedules, and coordinate on-site installation of fixtures, flooring, and furniture.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Perform regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, updating clients on progress and resolving issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety regulations and ensure all work adheres to building codes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
