Job Summary
Mastropay Technologies Private Limited is looking for experienced and result-oriented Loan Advisors to help customers choose the right loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products.
- Contact potential customers through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and digital leads.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and required documentation.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting the required documents.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with company products, lending policies, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Direct Sales is mandatory.
