We are looking for an experienced and proactive Society Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of a residential society/community. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all maintenance activities, managing on-ground staff teams, resolving resident concerns professionally, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle society operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee the daily upkeep and smooth functioning of the residential society.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all common areas, amenities, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Team Management
- Lead and manage housekeeping, horticulture, security guards, plumbers, electricians, technicians, and other maintenance staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance and discipline.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Resident Relationship Management
- Address and resolve resident complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with residents.
- Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and community experience.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, AMC services, and society works.
- Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and quality of work.
- Verify bills, work completion, and service reports.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fire safety systems, and statutory compliances.
- Conduct regular checks of electrical, plumbing, STP, DG sets, lifts, pumps, and other essential systems.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of maintenance activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain daily operational reports and maintenance logs.
- Monitor inventory and material requirements.
- Assist management committee/RWA in operational planning and budgeting.

Pay: ₹20,603.04 - ₹50,000.00 per month
