About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to onboard customers and suppliers, provide technical assistance, and ensure a seamless experience on our B2B marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and support customers and suppliers.
- Assist with inventory uploads, APIs, plugins, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve client queries.
- Maintain CRM records and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Conduct client meetings and provide onboarding updates.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, or Onboarding.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
