1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals.
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic or face-to-face interviews.
Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Managing the onboarding process for new hires (documentation, and orientation).
2. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintaining and updating physical and digital employee files.
Tracking daily attendance, leaves, and late arrivals.
Preparing official documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assisting in the processing of monthly payroll.
Managing statutory compliances
Explaining salary structures and benefits to employees.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
Organizing team-building activities, festive celebrations, and workshops.
Acting as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Ensuring a healthy and professional work environment.
5. Performance Management
Assisting in the annual performance appraisal process.
Coordinating training sessions for skill development.
6. LANGUAGES KNOWN- ENGLISH,MALAYALAM, HINDI( SPEAKING)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
