Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our wedding photography team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and build strong relationships with couples planning their weddings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography packages
- Present portfolios, pricing, and services professionally
- Conduct meetings (online/offline) with clients and families
- Follow up with leads and close sales to achieve booking targets
- Coordinate with the creative team for scheduling and deliverables
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (wedding/events industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Basic knowledge of photography services is a plus
- Comfortable with flexible hours (weekends/peak wedding season)
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree , Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
