Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to join our immigration consultancy team.
The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, providing accurate information about immigration policies, and assisting clients in selecting the best visa options according to their profiles.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding study visas, work visas, visitor visas, and immigration programs.
Provide accurate information about visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.
Maintain proper records of client data and applications. Follow up with clients regarding application updates and documentation.
Coordinate with universities, embassies, and immigration authorities when required.
Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Required Skills
Strong communication and counseling skills.
Good knowledge of visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, etc. Ability to handle clients professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Good documentation and file management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Diploma or certification in immigration / travel & tourism (preferred).
Experience
0–3 years experience in immigration consultancy or visa counseling preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
