Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create, plan, and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
- Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.
Graphic Designing:
- Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Content Creation and Writing:
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, website content, and ad copy.
- Create compelling content for email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing and related fields.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Hands-on experience in running paid ads on Google and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
