Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations
- Drive sales of stock broking, investment & NBFC products
- Lead and motivate branch sales teams
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability
- Build strong customer relationships and local market presence
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3+ years experience in financial services
✔ Experience in stock broking/NBFC preferred
✔ Strong leadership & team handling skills
✔ Target-oriented with proven sales performance
