About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving campaign performance and increasing organic visibility through a combination of paid advertising and SEO strategies.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, along with strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. You should be comfortable analyzing data, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and conversion metrics.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target acquisition costs.
- Improve campaign ROI through continuous testing and optimization.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Conduct audience research and develop data-driven campaign strategies.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Perform keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Conduct website audits and identify opportunities to improve indexing, crawlability, page speed, and overall site health.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Optimize landing pages and website content for both search visibility and conversion performance.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators across paid and organic channels.
- Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Hands-on experience with technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Proven experience generating leads and improving conversion rates.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website architecture, and page performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with real estate, healthcare, education, or other high-intent lead generation industries.
- Understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and user behavior analysis.
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
