Key Responsibilities:
Guide candidates regarding overseas job opportunities
Handle candidate counseling and profile assessment
Coordinate with international recruitment partners and employers
Assist candidates throughout the application process
Follow up on documentation and interview schedules
Maintain candidate databases and placement records
Achieve monthly counseling and placement targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, overseas consultancy, or sales is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Basic knowledge of international job markets is an advantage
