We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, shipment planning, and coordination activities for machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth dispatch processes and leading the dispatch team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch operations for machinery and equipment
- Coordinate loading, packing, and shipment activities
- Work closely with production, stores, and transport teams
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and logistics documentation
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch
- Lead and coordinate dispatch team activities
Requirements:
- Any Engineering qualification required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or material management
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes
- Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
- Strong coordination and team handling skills
