Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English communication and personality development training sessions for students.
- Improve students' spoken and written English skills.
- Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and business communication.
- Conduct group discussions, presentations, mock interviews, and public speaking activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessment modules.
- Prepare students for aviation, hospitality, and corporate industry requirements.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and student progress documentation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or communication coaching preferred.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of aviation and hospitality industry communication standards will be an added advantage.
