Job Summary
Elecon Conductors (P) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a proven background in the Transformer Industry. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer relationship management, sales growth, and achieving revenue targets for transformer-related products and electrical conductors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with transformer manufacturers, OEMs, electrical contractors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Willing to travel State to state.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Travel to customer locations for meetings and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate MBA (Marketing) / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Transformer Industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing, electrical products, and market trends.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Transformer Industry.
- Candidates with an established customer network will be preferred.
