Job Title: HR Intern
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and an opportunity to develop practical HR skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
Compensation
- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance and contribution.
- Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
- Potential opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
