Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹50,000)
About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a proactive and customer-focused HR & Corporate Gifting Manager to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and corporate gifting operations. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and client relationship management skills to ensure every corporate order is executed professionally and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee coordination.
- Manage attendance, staff records, leave, and HR documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Handle corporate gifting enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions within their budget.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, negotiate, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Plan and coordinate corporate gift hampers based on client branding and event requirements.
- Coordinate with production, packing, purchase, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure branding, personalization, packaging, and delivery schedules are completed accurately.
- Monitor important client event dates and proactively follow up for repeat business.
- Maintain customer database and corporate order records.
- Support business development by identifying new corporate clients and partnership opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to urgent client calls and messages, including after office hours when required for high-value or time-sensitive corporate orders.
- During festive seasons or bulk orders, be willing to work additional hours or weekends when necessary.
- Coordinate temporary staff requirements during peak business periods.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in corporate gifting, retail, or event management is an added advantage.
