Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and developing strong customer relationships. The role involves implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales executives to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline data.

- Percentage of leads converted into actual sales.

- Achievement of team sales targets and productivity levels.
7. Average Order Value (AOV)
- Growth in average transaction value.
8. Sales Forecast Accuracy
- Accuracy of sales projections versus actual sales results.
9. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Customer feedback ratings and complaint resolution efficiency.
10. Collection & Payment Recovery
- Timely collection of outstanding dues from customers.
11. Employee Development
- Training, coaching, and performance improvement of team members.
12. Reporting & Compliance
- Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to company policies.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
