Responsibilities :
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement.
- Observe and assess students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain student records, portfolios, worksheets, attendance, and progress reports.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and classroom displays.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, assemblies, and training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a reputed preschool/CBSE school preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, patient, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to manage young learners with care and responsibility.
