Job Summary
The Service In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service center, ensuring efficient workshop management, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service revenue targets. The role involves leading service advisors and technicians while maintaining company service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily service center operations and workshop activities.
· Supervise and guide service advisors and technicians.
· Monitor job allocation, service quality, and vehicle turnaround time.
· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
· Track service KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
· Manage warranty claims, service campaigns, and technical updates.
· Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and coordination with spare parts teams.
· Maintain service records, reports, and compliance documentation.
· Conduct team training and performance reviews.
· Implement company policies, safety standards, and service processes.
· Drive service revenue through labor sales, AMC plans, and value-added services.
Qualifications
· Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
· 3–7 years of experience in automobile or EV service operations.
· Prior experience in team handling and workshop management preferred.
· Valid two-wheeler driving license.
