The Store Executive is responsible for managing the school's inventory, stock records, procurement coordination, and distribution of materials required for the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities. The role ensures proper storage, accountability, and timely availability of school supplies and assets.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate records of all stock, supplies, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory registers and stock management software.
Receiving & Issuing Materials
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Issue materials to departments, teachers, and support staff as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock inward and outward movements.
Procurement Coordination
- Assist in obtaining quotations from vendors.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for procurement requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
Store Maintenance
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
- Label and arrange items systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of school furniture, equipment, laboratory materials, sports goods, and other assets.
- Assist in annual asset verification and audit processes.
- Track damaged, obsolete, or unserviceable items and report the same.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare monthly stock reports and inventory summaries.
- Maintain purchase, issue, and stock registers.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records and documents.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
