We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with distributors and retailers. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG industry and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint, manage, and support distributors in assigned territories.
- Increase product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
- Visit retailers and distributors regularly to generate orders and strengthen relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Implement company sales and promotional activities effectively.
- Maintain daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience in distributor and retail channel management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
