Position: Engineer – Reliability (Electrical)

Qualification: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3–4 Years
Job Purpose
To ensure inspection, testing, and reliability assurance of electrical items, harnesses, and electrical assemblies through inward inspection and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inward inspection and clearance of electrical components and items.
- Inspect electrical equipment, harnesses, and electrical assemblies.
- Verify compliance of electrical items with drawing and specification requirements.
- Conduct inspection and testing of incoming electrical materials.
- Prepare inspection check sheets and maintain quality records.
- Support quality assurance activities for new electrical products.
- Identify and report non-conformities in electrical items.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Production teams for inspection-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection and testing results.
- Support reliability improvement activities for electrical systems and components.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical component inspection and testing
- Understanding of electrical harnesses and assemblies
- Knowledge of inward inspection and quality assurance processes
- Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications
- Experience in preparing inspection reports and check sheets
- Attention to detail and shop-floor coordination skills

Compensation
- Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (based on qualification and experience)
