Job Description Position:
DBA Background:
a. Overall about 2- 4 Year of relevant experience
b. Comes from strong dba support profile
c. Managing large number of Databases and environments
d. Sound knowledge of advanced Database Configuration and Performance
e. Sound knowledge of Database operations on a cloud infrastructure
f. Proficient in advanced SQL queries
g. Abreast with latest technologies and understanding of SQL, No SQL, Document and Blog Databases
Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for Database Operation for our customers b. Responsible for Primary, Datahu
b, Secondary, Staging, Development and Demo Databases
c. Responsibility for day-to-day monitoring – jobs, backups, replication, security, optimization, data encryption d. Data Migration & Refreshing of Data
e. User access Security management f. Generate periodic reports as required
g. Work with Application Development to troubleshoot performance related issue, query design and optimization
h. Ticket management
i. Keep documentation up-to-date Advantage:
a. Strong Technical Writing and Documentation Skills
b. Microsoft MS SQL, Azure and other relevant Certification(s)
