Position: Lady Manager (Personal Coordination)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Lady Manager to oversee
personal coordination, schedule management, and lifestyle planning. The ideal candidate
should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage
multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, calendars, and travel itineraries.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
Monitor and maintain diet plans, meal schedules, and wellness routines.
Provide timely reminders for meetings, medications, workouts, and other important
commitments.
Coordinate with service providers, household staff, and external vendors.
Ensure smooth execution of daily activities and commitments.
Maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone applications.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or in
a similar role will be preferred.
Compensation
Salary: As per qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
