Job Summary:
Paudhaawala is seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on professional to lead horticulture operations, landscaping projects, and nursery management. The role involves overseeing plant production, maintaining high-quality nursery standards, executing landscaping projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert plant care and design guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping Operations:
- Design and execute landscaping projects for residential and commercial clients
- Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable plant species and layouts
- Supervise on-site landscaping teams and ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide customized solutions
Nursery Management:
- Oversee day-to-day nursery operations including plant display, stock management, and sales support
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the nursery
- Ensure optimal storage conditions for plants, soil, fertilizers, and gardening tools
- Manage procurement of seeds, plants, and related materials
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in nursery management or landscaping
- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and pest control
- Basic landscaping design skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with urban gardening, terrace gardening, or organic farming
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and garden tools
- Creativity in landscape design and plant arrangement
Working Conditions:
- Combination of indoor (nursery) and outdoor (landscaping sites) work
- May require travel to project locations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
