Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and decorate pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when necessary.
- Control food costs and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
