Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Presales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
About the Role
BeyondSkool is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Presales Telecallers to join our growing team. This is a calling-intensive role where you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, introducing our skill education programs, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, and leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Explain BeyondSkool's skill education programs and create interest among potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest.
- Schedule counselling sessions or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
- Update customer interactions accurately in CRM or Excel trackers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about the programs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of customer information.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Presales, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, or EdTech will have an added advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
