Job Title: Blood Bank Camp Coordinator / Blood Drive CoordinatorJob Summary
We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and empathetic Blood Bank Camp Coordinator to lead our community outreach and voluntary blood donation drives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, educational institutions, and NGOs to pitch, schedule, and execute successful blood donation camps. You will manage all event logistics, coordinate onsite clinical teams, and ensure a seamless, supportive experience for donors while adhering to strict healthcare safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Camp Outreach & Scheduling: Pitch proposals to corporate offices, colleges, and community centers to secure steady venues for mobile drives.
- Logistics Coordination: Conduct site inspections to ensure venues meet necessary ventilation, space, electrical, and hygiene standards.
- Onsite Event Execution: Manage day-of setup, registration desks, donor queues, and the distribution of refreshment supplies.
- Donor Mobilization & Motivation: Design promotional materials and deliver educational talks to bust donation myths and increase donor turnout.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with blood bank technicians, doctors, and nurses to align staff scheduling with anticipated donor numbers.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain strict, confidential records of camp metrics, donor counts, and feedback logbooks.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate the safe, temperature-controlled transport of blood units and medical supplies back to the base lab.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: 10 + 2 OR Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, NGO fieldwork, community marketing, or hospital administration (healthcare experience is a major plus)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
