Job Summary
An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales platforms, updating product listings, handling orders, and ensuring smooth digital operations to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
- Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Track daily sales and prepare reports
- Handle customer queries and complaints online
- Run and manage online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing team for ads and social media
- Ensure smooth website/app performance
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Time management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
