DevOps Engineer
Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the developer experience (GetDX) platform. Solid understanding of DORA metrics and SPACE framework. Configure and maintain metric models, schemas, and integrations with Jira, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Define, implement, and govern trusted DORA and SPACE metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and long-term reliability. Build and maintain actionable dashboards for engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Analyze developer workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in lead time, deployment frequency, and overall developer satisfaction. Establish data quality standards, governance, and best practices across the engineering tool chain. Partner with engineering, DevOps/SRE, security, product, and business teams to translate engineering metrics into business-ready insights and drive adoption of engineering experience insights.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with: GitLab (jobs, repositories, merge requests, CI/CD)

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP)
