Mandatory Skill: ServiceNow Custom App Development Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow development, customization & scripting Design and configure workflows and custom applications
ITSM implementation, enhancements & administration Develop end-to-end integrations with external systems
Handle incidents, problems, changes & service requests .Support smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment
Collaborate with teams to design and deliver quality solutions
Conduct customer demos and understand business requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow Development
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM knowledge
- Custom Application Development
- Scripting & Workflow Development
- Integration experience
- Strong technical & analytical skills
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Administration Certification
- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist – Optional
Good to Have: Data Modelling experience
