Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of 12–18 Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be target-driven, and have excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 12–18 Sales Executives.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and coaching.
- Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer and team escalations professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
- Track sales metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and adherence to company sales processes.
- Collaborate with management to achieve organizational sales objectives.
- Drive team motivation and foster a high-performance work culture.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader (Compulsory).
- Experience in handling a team of 12–18 members (Mandatory).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in EdTech, BPO, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, or Tele Sales is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
